We could fill this page with five-star reviews. Every shop that has ever taken someone's money and gone quiet has done exactly that, which is why you scrolled past them. So here is the honest version instead: we are early, we do not have a wall of reviews yet, and we are not going to invent one.

What we do have is a list of things you can check yourself before you send us anything.

  1. Walk into the shop 1 Portal Road, Highlands, Harare — Shop 52. Send a family member to stand in it before you pay us a cent. A physical address you can visit is the one thing a scam cannot fake.
  2. We're not a new company GIFTY is the gifting arm of Appliance & Home, which has been trading in Zimbabwe for years. The shop is new. The business behind it isn't.
  3. Message us before you buy Ask us anything on WhatsApp — a real person answers, Mon-Sat, 8am-6pm. See how we answer, then decide.
  4. Track it the whole way You get a reference the moment you order, and a page that shows exactly where your gift is. You are never waiting on a promise.
  5. Start small if you want Send something for $25–$40 first. See it arrive. Then trust us with the birthday that matters.
  6. If it doesn't arrive, you get your money back Not store credit. Your money. And if it arrives faulty or wrong, we replace it or refund it in full with no handling fee.
